Spring Clean Up

1. Power rake lawns
   
2. Remove gravel from grass areas
   
3. Apply Fertilizer (30-30-30-30)
4. Edge and rake tree wells and gardens
   
5. Collect debris from grass areas
   
6. Removal of litter from lawn and gardens*
   
7. All sidewalks and entrances have grass clippings removed

May Landscaping Maintenance

1. Bi-Weekly lawn cutting and trimming (weekly if lawn growth is excessive)
   
2. Lawns sprayed for dandelions
   
3. Gardens checked for weeds bi-weekly
   
4. Gardens are prepared for seasonal flowers
   
5. Removal of litter from lawn and gardens*
   
6. All sidewalks and entrances have grass clippings removed

June & July Landscaping Maintenance

1. Weekly lawn mowing and trimming
   
2. Gardens checked for weeds weekly
   
3. Gardens and tree wells edged
   
4. Removal of litter from lawn and gardens*
   
5. All sidewalks and entrances have grass clippings removed

August Landscaping Maintenance

1. Weekly lawn mowing and trimming
   
2. Gardens and tree wells edged
   
3. Gardens checked for weeds weekly
   
4. Removal of litter from lawn and gardens*
   
5. All sidewalks and entrances have grass clippings removed
   
6. Second application of fertilizer (30-30-30-30)
   
7. All shrubbery trimmed

September Landscaping Maintenance

1. Bi-Weekly lawn mowing and trimming
   
2. Removal of litter from lawn and gardens*
   
3. Gardens checked for weeds bi-weekly
   
4. All sidewalks and entrances have grass clippings removed
   
5. All shrubbery trimmed

Fall Clean up

1. Lawns mowed & trimmed for last time
   
2. Gardens & tree wells raked for last time
   
3. Removal of bedding plants
   
4. Collection of leaves from lawns & gardens

*Whilst Breeze Landscaping removes litter from the gardens and lawns prior to lawn mowing in order to prevent the shredding of litter over the lawn, we do not provide the litter removal contract to the property.
